Privacy on act60.me
The public guides do not create an account. The calculator stays in the browser. The day tracker stores only confirmed civil dates and broad locations.
Public guides
Reading the homepage; Business, Investments, Residency, Apply, and Resources guides and articles; the `/move`, `/live`, `/puerto-rico`, and `/explore` guide families; or the About, Sources, Contact, Privacy, and developer pages does not require a login and does not create a user record on act60.me.
Some incomplete public guides, including `/compliance` and `/puerto-rico/context`, are deliberately excluded from search while their stated review work is unfinished. Their `noindex` status changes search discovery, not the privacy boundary: opening those pages still does not create an ACT60 account or save a reading history.
ACT60 email updates
If you use the footer subscription form, your email address, the act60 audience identifier, the form source, and a short-lived Cloudflare Turnstile proof are sent to Hraness Accounts at account.hraness.com. Cloudflare verifies the anti-abuse proof. Hraness Accounts records the pending request, and Resend sends a confirmation message from news.hraness.com. You are not subscribed until you confirm that message.
The signup uses double opt-in, so the ACT60 subscription begins only after you follow the confirmation link. Hraness Accounts records the ACT60 subscription and consent history. Unsubscribing from ACT60 changes only this product subscription; it does not change another Hraness mailing-list preference, a Hraness.com Substack subscription, or account access.
Calculator storage
The homepage estimator writes only the inputs you enter to browser-local storage. Those values stay on the device. The site does not persist derived tax results and does not treat that storage as an account or a filing record.
Private day tracker
`/days` requires an ACT60 account. After you review and confirm a trip, ACT60 stores the departure and arrival civil dates and whether each end was in Puerto Rico, the United States, or elsewhere. Provider timestamps, airport metadata, and the raw flight response are discarded after that review.
Production analytics
PostHog runs only on the canonical production host. It is anonymous and cookieless. It records route and error health. It does not receive calculator inputs, tax results, trip dates, locations, flight evidence, account state, query strings, identity, session replay, or broad DOM interactions.
